- Co-architected and now solely maintain The Notwork, our production edtech platform (~24K active users, ~490K views, peak ~1K DAU).
- Built an AI curriculum generator that compresses lesson production from ~1 week to 10–30 minutes and has produced 55+ lessons.
- Designed and shipped 11 interactive web games for the VESL skilled-trades program.
- Set up org-wide AI tooling (Claude team, MCPs, Cursor workflows) and trained staff on practical use.
- Run the company's IT, services, accounts, and access — the operational layer that keeps a small team moving.

Scope the real problem
Most asks come in vague. I sit with the actual problem, the constraints, and the people involved before suggesting a build.

Design the smallest useful system
I prefer clean architecture, modern serverless tools, and a path that's maintainable by a small team — not the most clever option.
- 03
Ship it, then keep it alive
I build to run in production. That includes the operational layer: accounts, access, automations, AI workflows, and the boring parts that keep things working.
